Summer is halfway through, but The Poduslo Group hasn’t let the scorching hot temps slow us down. In fact, the brand that’s reinventing D.C. real estate is on fire. And we’ve got the numbers to prove it.

Don’t worry. Those summer stats haven’t gone to our heads. We know the real catalyst of our success; the continued support and referrals of the clients, friends, and family we serve. That’s why we want to THANK YOU for your trust and let you know we couldn’t have done it without you. This summer or in the future, if we can assist you, a friend or a loved one with a real estate need, don’t hesitate to reach out.

The summer might be moving at a breakneck pace but there’s still time to make some memories AND support the local community. Check out the Poduslo Group Hot List and add these local events to your summer calendar before it’s too late.

4. Yeah, yeah, you’re not a tourist.

Do an AFTER DARK tour anyway.
TRUST US. Experience American history in a whole new way at the pay-what-you-wish Memorials and Moonlight Tour. The views are spectacular, and you will never look at the National Mall the same again. Inquire about additional tour options or schedule a time here.

5. Soak up some smooth jazz with that summer sun.

Take advantage of free jazz every summer Friday from 5:00 pm- 8:30 pm in the National Gallery of Art Sculpture Garden. Grab a picnic blanket and your favorite someone to canoodle. Oh, and if you decide to smuggle in your favorite rosé, we won’t tell. Learn more here.
