TTR Sotheby’s International Realty is pleased to welcome Raquel Gutierrez to its Washington, D.C. brokerage office.

A native of Long Island, New York, Gutierrez is a dynamic, seasoned real estate agent who specializes in a wide range of real estate services throughout the Washington Metropolitan Area.

A design and architecture enthusiast, Gutierrez joins TTR Sotheby’s International Realty as the COO of The Poduslo Group. Following a brief stint at Compass, Gutierrez will work alongside industry veteran and group CEO Joseph Poduslo.

“We are thrilled to welcome Raquel back to the TTR Sotheby’s International Realty family,” says Joseph Poduslo, CEO of The Poduslo Group of TTR Sotheby’s International Realty.

”The Poduslo Group has ambitious plans for 2020 and beyond, including significant investments into a new video concept we have developed called the Glimpse Tour. Raquel will serve a pivotal role in helping scale our operation, both online and off.”

A respected member of the Washington, D.C. real estate community, Gutierrez prides herself on delivering extraordinary results for her clients, whether they are investing in multi-family condominium buildings in DuPont Circle, purchasing historic row homes on Capitol Hill, or exploring bucolic parcels of land in rural Virginia.

“I look forward to continuing my passion for assisting my clients in a myriad of ways, backed by an incredible network at TTR Sotheby’s International Realty and proudly wearing Sotheby’s Blue,” says Gutierrez.

A graduate of George Mason University, Gutierrez enjoys an active lifestyle and can be found biking on the iconic Mount Vernon trail, visiting many of the region’s many scenic wineries, or snorkeling for sea turtles in Turks and Caicos.

“We are excited to have Raquel back in our Downtown office,” says Mary Barry, Managing Broker of TTR Sotheby’s International Realty’s Washington, D.C. brokerage office.

“Raquel is bright, enthusiastic and passionate about real estate and her clients and will be a splendid addition to our office.”
